On September 24, 2019, on I-95, near Newark, Delaware, a tractor-trailer owned by a trucking company rear-ended my client's car on the highway, propelling it into a ditch, tragically causing the death of my client's daughter, who was ejected from the vehicle, and breaking my client's spine. Working with a nationally recognized outside counsel, a settlement of $5,000,000.00 was achieved. The truck carried only $1,000,000.00 in insurance, but we were able to compel the company to pay an additional $4,000,000.00 out of its own pocket to
settle the case.

On December 9, 2008, near Intervale Avenue and the Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY, my client, a 21-year-old dancer from the Bronx, was struck by an NYPD patrol car driven by an NYPD officer who was driving carelessly. The resulting impact fractured her skull, tibia, fibula, and elbow and caused internal injuries. The lawsuit I brought against the NYPD and the City of New York was settled on the eve of trial for a lump sum upfront payment of $3,000,000.00, providing a lifetime income to my client.

Bronx, NY.

In this tragic case, my client was viciously attacked by a Rottweiler kept at the outdoor parking garage where my client parked his work van. The dog grabbed, bit, and tore my client's genitals, causing irreparable damage, both physical and psychological. The difficulty in such cases is proving the dog had a prior vicious propensity to bite. I was able to establish proof of a prior bite, thus ensuring a winning case. Before trial, the case settled for $2,000,000.00.
